The stay was quite pleasant with clean rooms and friendly staff. While the mattress was uncomfortable and the location lacked nearby dining options, the atmosphere was enjoyable and the amenities sufficient. A little more attention to the beds could enhance the experience significantly.

Great staff and clean rooms
I enjoyed my stay as the staff were incredibly welcoming and the room was spotless, offering a cozy atmosphere above a local pub. The location was perfect for exploring the vibrant arts scene in Digbeth. Just a heads up, the noise from the pub below can be a bit distracting if you're looking for a quiet night.

Just a proper fit for a hurried visit in Birmingham with good value considering price it charged. The toilet started leaking, and the staff provided towels quickly to help. Make sure to check the room's layout before settling in.

Oh mate, the beef dishes around The Fountain Inn are proper lush, had a cheeky meal at MyLahore and it was bangers! the staff are dead friendly and it’s a cozy spot to chill after hitting the town. You can’t go wrong with that!
The noise from the stairs and doors can be a bit of a nuisance between midnight and 2 am, but it didn’t bother me much. Just a heads up if you’re planning a solid night’s sleep!

everything about my stay was amazin! katie was super friendly n helped me round the hotel. the room was spotlessly clean and comfy. It had all the stuff i needed like plugs by the bed, towels, and toiletries. loved the great shower too! really close to the coach station and the hippodrome, making it easy to get around.
the pub downstairs was a bit loud when i arrived, n the mattress could use a switch. it was a lil hard for my liking.

Ideal for a quick stay
The rooms were clean and fresh, surprisingly quiet which made for a good sleep. We found plenty of tea supplies which was perfect for a cozy cuppa after a long day.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what you get.
